Windows Remote Assistance allows a friend or computer company to provide support by connecting to your computer

Open Help and Support Center
1. Click Start
2. Now Click Help and Support
3. Click Invite a friend to connect to your computer with Remote Assistance
4. Click Invite Someone to help you
5. Click the bottom option to send the request via Email under “or use email”
6. Type in pc@hpcsolutions.co.uk
7. Click Invite this person
