How to access other users documents from Administrator user

A user can keep their documents private, so to change these settings try the following:-

1. Start Computer in safe mode by tapping the F8 key duwring startup
2. Log on to the Administrator user
3. Start Windows Explorer (My Documents or My Computer, click Folders button)
4. Right click on the Users Documents under, Documents and Settings
5. Click Advanced
6. Click Permissions
7. Add the your username or Administrators
8. Click Full Permissions
9. Click Apply
10. Click OK
11. Shutdown and restart
You should now have access from the user or any Administrator account depending on what you selected in 7. above
