How to set email account Microsoft Outlook Outlook Express Windows Mail

Open Microsoft outlook

1. Click Tools --> Accounts (might be Services) --> Click Add POP Account
2. Enter email address
3. Enter Incoming POP3 Server
4. Outgoing SMTP Server
5. Username, this is usually your whole email address, the part before the AT sign or the mail box name
6 Password
7. Click "Test account settings"

Note: The Outgoing Server usually has to be the one provided by your broadband supplier.

If your email is not the email supplied by your supplier, you will also have to do the following:-
Click More Settings --> Outgoing Server
Click "My Server Requires Authentication"

Enter the settings for Username and Password provided by your Broadband or Email Supplier
