Ink level checking incorrect Sometimes if the printer cartridges have been refilled they are not reset correctly and the ink level checking fails to work Try checking under maintenance or ink settings, as there is sometimes and option to ignore these for refilled or compatible cartridges. Control Panel --> Printers and Faxes --> Right Click on the Printer ICON and select Properties --> Look for a "Maintenance" or "Tools" Tab across the top click one --> Look for an option for "In" or "Ink Settings" and click on one of these options to run If you cannot find that then Try going into Control Panel --> Printers and Faxes --> Right Clicking on your printer --> Look for a "Maintenance" or "Tools" Tab across the top click one IP | ||||
