Hundreds of Sky Customers are having this problem because the latest version of Silverlight will not work on all computers.

For some reason Sky do not know how to fix this issue

I have fixed it for numerous customers with the following fix:-

1. Close Internet Explorer
2. Uninstall Silver Light from your Add/Remove programs
3. Download this old version of Silverlight from here CLICK HERE
4. Install it by running
5. Restart Internet Explorer and go to the Sky Go website
6. Login
7. When you try to Watch a progamme if you get an option to run Silverlight without upgrading click it

Unfortunately not all browser will give you this option, but I found it works in IE on Windows 7
