DNS Server unreachable or unavailable(24-01-08-033)
This turned out to be Broadband ADSL error on the BT Telephone Line
Very odd because the BT Voyager ADSL light was solid but it would not connect
We also tried a Netgear DG834GT and this wouldn\’t connect either.
Always make sure the router is connecting before trying to sign on to AOL
Once connected do the following:-
Start –> Control Panel –> Add/Remove Programs –> select AO Connectivity
Click change/remove
Select the \”repair\” option then ok
Start AOL and click Add Location
Search for a new location
The Broadband Connection should now be found and allow you to log on
