3 possible problems
1. Internet Explorer 7 installed – uninstall via Control Panel –> Add/remove Programs
2. Security Settings too high – reset in Internet Explorer –> Tools –> Properties –> Security
3. Require Jave Virtual Machine – download from http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
