Archive all Outlook Folders


In Microsoft Outlook each folder can be set to archive by right clicking the folder, select “properties”, click on the AutoArchive tab

If you have many folders it is not practical to click each one and set to archive


1. Open Outlook
2. Click File –> Archive
3. Set the “Archive items before” date
4. Check the box “Include Items with ‘do not AutoArchive’ checked”
5. Click “OK”
