This can be fixed by clicking start –> run
Then enter \”Regsvr32.exe \”C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\Microsoft Shared\\Speech\\sapi. dll\” (without the quotes)
Click OK
Now check Control Panel –> Speech
You should see the SAM voice
Start Narrator all should work fine
