Try going into Control Panel
–> Printers and Faxes
–> Right Click on the Printer ICON and select \”Properties\”
–> Look for a \”Maintenance\” or \”Tools\” Tab across the top click one
–> Look for an option for \”Cleaning\” or \”Deep Cleaning\”
and click on one of these options to run
If you cannot find that then Try going into Control Panel

–> Look for a \”Maintenance\” or \”Tools\” Tab across the top click one
