Click Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Printers and Faxes or """Start --> Printers and Faxes 3. Double click on the required Printer, this displays the Queue 4. Right Click on the first Document Queued and select Cancel All Documents 5. Wait until All Documents are deleted and close the Queue Window 6. Restart the Printer 7. Plug in the USB cable, try and put it in the same USB socket on the computer as before, otherwise it may need re-installation 8.
