Google this page is not a duplicate Publisher sends only part of the page when sending an email The page is cut off when sending a publisher file from Microsoft Publisher There are 2 ways to overcome this problem depending on whether you have a one page or multi-page document to send :- a) Single Page - In publisher go to Page Setup change the page to CUSTOM and set the size so that it includes all your page b) Multi-Page - 1. In publisher --> Print the file using File --> Print 2. Select OneNote 2007 as the printer 3. This opens in OneNote and it looks how you want it to 4. In OneNote Select All --> Copy 5.
