Google this page is not a duplicate IT Training Notes OBJECTIVE Windows 8 - How to copy pictures from my Canon Camera to my Laptop, then send those pictures via the Email App INSTRUCTIONS 1. Plug in the camera 2. Close the Pictures App which starts 3. Click Desktop 4. Click Documents (Bottom of the screen) 5. Click on Canon on the left 6. Double Click on Removable Device (Right hand side) 7. Double Click on DCIM 8. Double Click on 100 Media 9. Highlight the required pictures by clicking and dragging one at a time to the desktop (Dennis, You can also highlight multiple pictures by single click on each while holding down the shift key, then you can drag them all at once) 10. Now, Close the Windows Explorer Window 11. Move the pictures you dragged to the desktop so they are away from other icons, but near each other in a group 11. Click and drag to highlight all of them 12. Right Click on one of them --> Click Send to --> Compressed Zipped Folder 13. Type in the name you want to call the zipped folder without clicking anywhere 14. Now press enter or click anywhere away from all icons on the desktop 15. Open Email 16. Click + from a new email 17. Click the paperclip to attach a file 18. If you cannot see the zipped file, Find the desktop by clicking Go Up or the Down Arrow next to One Cloud or the text at Near the top of the screen 19. Click on Desktop --> Click the Zipped Folder 20. Click Attach (bottom right) 21. Fill in email address and subject plus any message and send the email 22.
