Safely Remove USB Icon missing

1. Right Click on the TASKBAR (bottom of your screen)
2. Click Properties
You will now see the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties
3. Click Taskbar tab
4. If Hide inactive icons box is not ticked click on it now
5. Click Customize
6. Click to Scroll down
7. Under Past Items group and you will see the Safely Remove Hardware option
8. Click the Drop Down Box and Set this to the required value
9. click OK
