Search for :

Windows 7 Unidentified Network no internet

On Windows 7 sometimes it will show 2 network connections but you will not have internet access :-

• Local Area Connection or Wireless Network


• An extra Unidentified Network

When this happens there is no internet access

To temporary solve without restarting you can do this:-

1. Network and Sharing


2. Change Adapters


3. Right Click on your usual Connection


4. Click Disable


5. Wait until it shows it is Disabled


6. Right Click again and select Enable

This should resolve the problem

However, to permanently fix the issue:

Click Start
CMD
right click on cmd_exe
Click Run as Administrator
type route delete 0.0.0.0
press enter/return
type exit
Restart your computer
