InternalError 0x50 Xerox Printer


If you get an internal Error 0x50 when printing to a Xerox Printer this is a driver error.

Here’s a quick fix :-

  1. Click Start
  2. Click Printers and Faxes (you may need to do this via Settings)
  3. Right Click on the Xerox Printer
  4. Click Printing Preferences
  5. Click the Advanced Tab
  6. Click the drop down to the right of Advanced Printing Features
  7. Click Disable
  8. Click OK

Now try printing your document again

Also best to make sure you also have the latest driver for the printer installed from the Xerox website
