1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. type outlook /cleanreminders
4. Click OK
5. Outlook will Open and \”Done\” should appear in the bottom, left hand corner of the screen
If the above solution fails then try the following:-
1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. type outlook /resetfolders
4. Click OK
5. Outlook will Open and \”Done\” should appear in the bottom, left hand corner of the screen
