Virgin have changed some email settings for Virgin Media, NTL and Blue Yonder email accounts
To successfully continue to receive your email please update your email account settings in Outlook, Outlook Express or Windows Mail
The main changes are in Advanced Settings

Incoming Server Port 995
Outgoing Server Port 465
Click SLL on both Incoming and Outgoing (SEE BELOW)
