iTunes fails to play videos, screen keeps freezing during playback
Possible Fix
1. Find where file vbscript.dll is on your PC (usually C:WindowsSystem32)
2. Go to start -> accessories and the right click on command prompt and click \”run as administrator\”
3. Type \”cd C:WindowsSystem32\” (use folder where you found the vbscript.dll above)
4. Type ==> regsvr32 vbscript.dll (then press return/enter key)
This will confirm that vbscript has been registered
Try playing another video in iTunes to see if this fixes the problem
