Email goes to junk folder
You have emails which are valid going into your junk email folder
1. In Microsoft Outlook, drag the email from the junk folder to your Inbox
(this allows you to avoid security problems when clicking on the email)
2. Right Click on the Email and select "Junk Email" --> "Junk Email Options"
3. Now click on "Blocked Senders" and check the "Email Address" is not in the list or addresses in the middle box.
(Also check that the domain is not listed, CLICK HERE FOR INFO
4. If you can see the email address then, Click on the Email Address and click "Remove"
5. Now Click "OK"
