Some viruses, ad-aware, screen savers or even your desktop will attempt to use a page from the web.
Try disabling the screen saver or look at desktop properties –> \’Desktop\’ tab –> \’web\’ tab disable this option by unchecking the box (A web page as your desktop is called active desktop)
