Favorite Folders missing Since upgrading Julie"s PC to Office 2010 she has noticed that her favourite folders disappear randomly. In Outlook 2010 folders disappear randomly from the Favorite Folders list I know they are still in Favorites because when I click on Sent Items it disables the Add to Favorite Folder but Enables Remove from Favorite Folders Unfortunately there are loads of users having the same problem since 14 May 2010 https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/outlook/thread/4cdf8f7a-c674-430d-8602-c27ea9a182de/ 2 possible solutions:- Try clicking the Calendar button (bottom left), then click Mail Or Right click on the Mail button (bottom left) and Select Open in New Window, then close the old window I have submitted a report to Microsoft to see if they are going to fix this as apparently it"s now also happening on Outlook 2013, Cheers Peter IP | ||||
