Tap F8 during startup

Select "Safe mode"

Logon as "Administrator" usually no password, unless you set one during first use when setting up windows

Click Start, (Settings), Control Panel

Double Click "User Accounts"

Select "Change an account"

Click on the Account you wish to change

Now click "Remove the Password" or "Change the password"

if "Change" enter the new password

Close the Windows

Restart the computer and log on
