Search for :

Maximum Attachment Size Outlook 2007

To restrict Outlook to only download attachments smaller than a certain size, try the following:-

1. Open Outlook
2. Click Tools
3. Options
4. Mail Setup
5. Send/Receive
6. Edit

Set the values as shown below change 500KB to value you would like to use and click "OK"
