Search for :

Word 2007 AutoText

To use AutoText in word 2007 :-
click the "Office Button" (top left round)
Click "Word Options"
Click "Customize"
Click "All Commands" under Choose Command from:
Click "AutoText"
Click "Add"
Click "OK"

The AutoText option now appears to the right of the Office Button in the top left hand corner of the screen
